Description

This option specifies the network interface CDRouter will use as its primary LAN test interface. This interface must be physically connected to one of the DUT’s LAN interfaces. Any test Ethernet network interface that is installed in the CDRouter system may be used. This also includes the 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac wireless network interfaces.

Note that all test network interfaces used by CDRouter must not be managed by the underlying operating system. CDRouter will automatically configure the IP addresses of all test interfaces based on the configuration options specified here.

For certain device types and test setups a LAN test interface is not required. The LAN test interface may be disabled by setting this testvar to the keyword none.
