Description
This option specifies whether or not the DUT requires 802.1X authentication on the WAN. If enabled, CDRouter will create a RADIUS server on the WAN at the specified IP address. When 802.1X is used on the WAN, the 802.1X supplicant in the DUT must be authenticated by the RADIUS server before any WAN traffic is permitted. An additional EAP Authenticator is required when 802.1X authentication is used on the WAN. EAP Authenticators are typically found in DSLAMs or managed Ethernet switches.
