internetScheduleBase

testvar version 12.0

Value Type

date-time

Also-Accepted Values

auto

Default Value

auto

Description

This testvar determines the base time from which the internet-schedule.tcl and internet-schedule-v6.tcl test modules calculate the first time which falls on a certain day of the week and which matches the internet schedule for the current LAN client in the time zone determined by the testvar internetScheduleTimeZone.

For example, assume that the testvar internetScheduleTimeZone is set to Etc/UTC and the current LAN client has the testvar internetScheduleMondayMode set to allow and the testvar internetScheduleMondayTimes set to 9:00am - 5:00pm. If this testvar is set to 2007-06-02 11:00:00 UTC (Sat), the internet_schedule_monday testcase would calculate 2007-06-04 09:00:00 UTC (Mon) as the first Monday at 9:00am after the base time during which the LAN client should be allowed internet access.

If set to value auto, the current time on this CDRouter system is used as the base time.
