testvar version 13.9

Value Type

Accepted Values

autoconf | DHCP

Default Value

This testvar’s default value is computed dynamically and may not always be the value below. Please see the testvar’s description for details.

This option specifies the mode, or protocol, used by CDRouter to obtain ULA IPv6 addresses on the LAN.

CDRouter is normally expected to obtain a ULA address using the same technique as the global LAN address based on the testvar ipv6LanMode. However, if the ULA address should always be obtained using autoconf, you can specify the ULA LAN mode as autoconf.

If not defined, this testvar defaults to the value of ipv6LanMode.
