The perfUdpLen controls the size of the UDP data packet sent and therefore, controls the size of the frame sent. The default value is ‘auto’, which allows CDrouter to use the max frame size for IPv4 or IPv6. The max frame size for standard Ethernet is 1,518 bytes. This means that the max data packet is 1,472 bytes for IPv4 and 1,452 bytes for IPv6. NOTE: If you specify a value larger than either max data packet, CDRouter will fragment them. Currently, there is no support for ‘jumbo’ packets.
