This testvar specifies an alternate ACS URL which is used by some tests in the ACS_URL_Behavior, DHCPv6, and Secure_CWMP test modules.

The certificates for this alternate ACS URL are specified using the testvars bbf069AlternateAcsCertPath and bbf069AlternateAcsCaCertPath.

This testvar was added in CDRouter 10.3
