Description

The perfDownloadTCPLowThreshold is the minimum throughput rate in Megabits/sec (Mbits) that is acceptable for a particular TCP performance test. If the throughput measured for a TCP test is above this value, the test will be considered a PASS. If the throughput is below this value, the test will be considered a FAIL.
