Default Value

auto

Description

Some tests in the CDRouter SNMP Expansion are defined for specific versions of SNMP and can only be run with SNMP users that support the required version.

This option specifies the default SNMP user that CDRouter will use in all tests that do not have strict SNMP version requirements.

If needed, CDRouter will automatically select a configured non-default SNMP user in any test that has a version requirement. If there are no configured SNMP users that support the required version of SNMP, the test will be automatically skipped.

If this option is set to the special value auto, CDRouter will implicitly configure a default user that supports SNMP version 2c, a community string of public, and read-only access.
