Description

The tr471ReceiverLowThreshold specifies the minimum throughput rate in Megabits/sec (Mbits) that is acceptable for an IP Layer Capacity receiver test. If the throughput measured for an IP Layer Capacity receiver test is above this value, the test will be considered a PASS. If the throughput is below this value, the test will be considered a FAIL.
