Description

This parameter specifies the overall SMB transaction timeout per client, from start to finish, in seconds. This parameter can be adjusted based on the size of the files used and the expected performance of the storage device. If this timeout is reached CDRouter will automatically generate a failure for the specified SMB transaction.

Note that regardless of the value of this parameter, certain individual SMB operations may have a fixed 20 second timeout applied. This parameter simply applies a timeout to the entire SMB transaction, not each individual operation.
