Description

If the TR-069 device supports the Connection Request via NAT Gateway functionality using STUN, as defined in TR-069 Annex G (originally published as TR-111 Part 2), this testvar should be set to ‘yes’. Otherwise, this value should be set to ’no’.

When this testvar is enabled, CDRouter will start a STUN server and check for the NATDetected and UDPConnectionRequestAddress parameters when CDRouter’s ACS first discovers the DUT via TR-069. The ACS will also set up Active Notification on these parameters and switch to UDP style connection requests when NAT is detected.

Note that enabling this testvar requires the DUT to be running an active STUN client that conforms to the CPE Requirements section of the TR-069 Annex G specification.
